The EmpowerVET project is dedicated to transforming vocational education and training (VET) in Albania by aligning it with labor market demands, fostering entrepreneurship, and integrating modern digital technologies. With a focus on improving key competences and professional development, EmpowerVET aims to create a skilled workforce ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s economy.

by analysing labour market trends and skill gaps and collaborating with industry experts to design curricula that are relevant and in demand.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
by offering students the skills they need to innovate, start businesses, and contribute to economic growth in Albania.
Ongoing Teacher Training & Professional Development
to improve their teaching skills, particularly in digital tools and entrepreneurship education.
Objectives:
- Aligning Education with Industry Needs: Reduce the gap between education and the evolving labor market by updating curricula and incorporating in-demand skills, ensuring that students graduate with relevant competencies for today’s job market.
